PLEASE NOTE THAT IN AN EFFORT TO PROCESS THE FORMS ALREADY RECEIVED INTO OUR OFFICES, WE ARE ONLY TAKING PHONE CALLS BETWEEN 9.30 AND 12.30 EACH DAY.

WE ONLY MEET WITH CALLERS WHO HAVE MADE PREARRANGED APPOINTMENTS.

We are currently processing files and documentation as they are received in our offices.

Processing figures for 30/01/12 are as follows:

Total no of applications received to date:  2500

Total no of applications on which processing is complete:  2071

We are currently reassessing all the incomplete applications on hand for a second/third time.

On Wednesday 01/02/12 we responded to 26 emails and 29 phone calls and 7 applicants submitted additional documentation which has been matched to their files - these applications will now require processing for a second/third time.

All applicants who submitted completed applications before the closing date of 31st August have been fully processed and notified of the decision on their application.
